Teman is the grandson of Esau who lived in the Southern parts of Israel. Paran is a desert in Arabia. Because these places are from the South, we can see that God will come from the South. This is likely referring to the path Jesus will takes when he returns to reestablish his kingdom. Jesus is referred to as God as he represents God on the earth, just as the angels do and are spoken about in the same way in the Bible. This path he takes is likely the same that the Israelites took in the Exodus, but it seems to be indicated in scripture that Jesus will start at Mt Sinai.

God is the prophet's strength, he is the cause of his joy, because he makes his feet like the feet of a hind / deer, enabling him to be set on high. This is representative of the saints as hind / deer feet are able to get through difficult places and get to high places.
