This is quoted by James in Acts 15:13-17.Waiting for response for Acts 15:13-17 James quotes the word "Edom" as "men" therefore it should be translated as men. Men would refer to Israel here, as the heathen (Gentiles) are also mentioned, ie. the people who are not Israel. God will save all those (Israel or Gentile) who are called by his name.
